By completing the membership sign-up, you'll be added to our wait list. Your membership will not become active, and you will not be charged, until we contact you to confirm availability and inform you of next steps.
Until your membership is activated, we are unable to provide medical care or schedule appointments.
We'll reach out by email as soon as we're able to accommodate your membership. If you are signing up your family, we will contact the main account holder. There's nothing further you need to do in the meantime.
