Direct Primary Care is a membership-based model of health care. We charge our patients a flat monthly fee (see below!) and in return our patients get so many things:

Student
Membership
Our Student Memberships provide college students with the health care they need during their academic year. Valid proof of enrollment is required for membership.
Fine Print:
* Family pricing: $300/month. Additional fees apply for families of 5 or larger. Family constitutes member+partner and children ages 19 or younger.
No long-term commitment required. We do require a 30-day notice of membership termination.
Re-enrollment fee of $200 per patient.
At this time, only Dr. Heikens can take patients who receive Medicare
