Membership
Our Student Memberships provide college students with the health care they need during their academic year. Valid proof of enrollment is required for membership.
Fine Print:
There is a $100 enrollment fee/person (discounted if multiple family members enroll at once)
No long-term commitment is required. We request a 30-day notice of membership termination.
At this time, only Dr. Heikens can take patients who receive medicare
Active military and health care workers receive 10% discount on membership
There is a discount of one month for anyone who signs up for one-year up front
