Health Matters DPC memberships are available to businesses as a standalone health offering*, as an add-on to your current health benefits package, or as the centerpiece to an innovative self-insured plan through a knowledgeable insurance advisor.
* Available as a standalone health offering only for employers who have fewer than 50 employees or who are otherwise not required to provide a health insurance benefit under the Affordable Care Act. Health Matters Direct Primary Care is NOT an insurance plan and membership does not satisfy the requirement to provide or have a medical insurance plan under the Affordable Care Act.

You pay a flat, reduced fee for your employees, and in return they have access to our entire catalog of primary care services including:
