When I moved to Southern California for my family medicine residency, I was captivated by my rotations and the inspirational doctors I was so fortunate to work with. During my residency, I had the opportunity to scrub in on surgeries, deliver babies, and assist in dermatologist skin checks (essential under the California sun). After experiencing time alongside these talented specialists, I knew I was in the right specialty. Family care is multifaceted, and I have the perspective to integrate my experience into a comprehensive approach.

Time is a priority in my practice, which is why a Direct Primary Care model is so effective. With this approach, I have the dedicated time to hone in on what my patients need and the ability to develop a tailored wellness plan. In addition to primary care, I assist many patients through wellness coaching. As a certified coach, I am able not only to help treat patient problems but to help them elevate their lives to a new standard of healthy living.
